综合人文关怀护理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Humanistic Nursing in Elderly Patients undergoing Cataract Surgery

目的:分析综合人文关怀护理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月中山大学附属第三医院眼科收治的老年白内障手术患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合人文关怀护理。比较两组并发症、生活质量、护理满意度、不良心理情绪、护理总有效率。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030);护理后,两组生理、心理、社会、环境评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:综合人文关怀护理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果较好,有助于降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量、患者满意度,改善不良情绪。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive humanistic nursing in elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods:Sixty elderly cataract surgery patients admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive humanistic nursing.Complications,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,adverse psychological mood and total effective rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030);after nursing,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);after nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale decreased in two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive humanistic nursing in elderly patients with cataract surgery has a good effect,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life,patient satisfaction and improve bad mood.
