罗哌卡因在老年患者临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中的应用评价

Evaluation of Ropivacaine in Clinical Anesthesia and Pain Management of Elderly Patients

目的:分析不同浓度的罗哌卡因在临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月贵州省黔东南州麻江县人民医院收治的拟行硬膜外麻醉老年患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组与试验组,每组50例。对照组采用0.50%罗哌卡因麻醉,试验组采用0.25%罗哌卡因麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉有效性、疼痛评分等指标。结果:试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,综合麻醉总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1 h、6 h、1 d,试验组患者视觉模拟评分法、疼痛数字评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.25%浓度的罗哌卡因在老年患者临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中的整体效果较好。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment.Methods:100 cases of elderly patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Majiang County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,who were to undergo epidural anesthesia were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with 0.50%ropivacaine,and the experimental group was anesthetized with 0.25%ropivacaine.Anesthetic effect,pain score and other related indicators in two groups were compared.Results:the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the effectiveness rate of comprehensive anesthesia was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);1-hour,6-hour,and one-day after the operation,the patients in the experimental group had lower scores than that of the control group on visual analog scoring method and pain numerical scoring method,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:0.25%concentration of ropivacaine has a better anesthetic effect in clinical anesthesia and pain management in elderly patients.
