左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠眼液用于白内障术后干眼症治疗的效果分析

Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Levofloxacin Eye Drops Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for Patients with Dry Eye Syndrome after Cataract Surgery

目的:评价左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠眼液用于白内障术后干眼症治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月贵州水矿控股集团有限责任公司总医院收治的白内障术后干眼症患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(给予左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗)与观察组(给予玻璃酸钠眼液联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗),各50例。比较两组症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、荧光素染色得分(FL)、泪液分泌试验(Sit)结果。结果:治疗后4 d、2周、5周,观察组症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组BUT均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组FL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组Sit结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者有利于改善BUT、FL等水平,以及临床症状,患者预后良好。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of levofloxacin eye drops combined with sodium Hyaluronate eye drops for the treatment of dry eye syndrom after cataract surgery.Methods:100 cases of dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to the General Hospital of Guizhou Water and Mining Holding Group were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group(levofloxacin eye drops)and the observation group(sodium hyaluronate eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops)according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 50 cases each.Symptoms scores,tear film break-up time(BUT),fluorescein staining score(FL),and tear secretion test(Sit)were compared between the two groups.Results:4 days,2 weeks and 5 weeks after treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);the BUT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);the FL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);and the result of the Sit of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Levofloxacin eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery can improve BUT,FL and other related levels,as well as clinical symptoms,so that the prognosis of patients is positive.
