阿奇霉素与莫西沙星治疗呼吸道感染的临床效果分析

Azithromycin and Moxifloxacin in the Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infections:Analysis on its Therapeutic Effect

目的:分析呼吸道感染应用阿奇霉素与莫西沙星治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月贵州省人民医院药剂科收治的呼吸道感染患者96例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予莫西沙星颗粒治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时长、不良反应发生率、病原体清除率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、肺部啰音、发热缓解时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺炎支原体、肠气杆菌、克雷伯杆菌、硝酸盐阴性杆菌清除率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对呼吸道感染患者采用阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果显著,可促进患者临床症状快速缓解,提高病原体清除率,且不良反应少。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of azithromycin and moxifloxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract infections.Methods:96 patients with respiratory tract infections admitted to the Pharmacy Department of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 48 cases.The control group administered with moxifloxacin granules,and the observation group was given azithromycin.The therapeutic efficacy,duration of clinical symptom relief,incidence of adverse reactions,and pathogen clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of time for the relief of cough,lung rales,and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Clearance Rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,Pneumocystis intestinalis,Klebsiella bacillus,and Nitrate-negative bacilli in the observation group,were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of azithromycin for patients with respiratory tract infections is remarkable,which can promote the rapid alleviation of clinical symptoms,improve the clearance rate of pathogens,and have fewer adverse reactions.
