瑞舒伐他汀与奥扎格雷治疗脑血栓的效果分析

Effect of Rosuvastatin and Ozagrel in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:分析瑞舒伐他汀与奥扎格雷治疗脑血栓的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年5月贵州省黔南布依族首族自治州人民医院收治的脑血栓患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效与不良反应发生状况。结果:观察组患者总有效率(88.37%)高于对照组(58.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者分子乳腺成像(MBI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MBI评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(13.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷应用于脑血栓患者治疗中,能够获得良好的治疗效果,具有积极的可应用性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin and ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombus.Methods:A total of sixty patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Guizhou Province Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with thirty cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets and the observation group was treated with ozagrel sodium.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(88.37%)was higher than that of control group(58.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MBI scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the MBI scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.98%)was lower than that in control group(13.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozagrel applied in the treatment of cerebral thrombus patients can obtain good therapeutic effect and has positive applicability.
