人文关怀护理在腹主动脉瘤患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on Humanistic Care in Nursing Patients with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

目的:分析人文关怀护理在腹主动脉瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月遵义医科大学附属医院收治的腹主动脉瘤患者22例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各11例。对照组患者给予常规基础护理,观察组给予人文关怀护理,比较两组患者实施前后的心理状态、血压水平及不良事件发生率。结果:干预前,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者舒张压及收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对存在腹主动脉瘤的患者实施护理期间,运用人文关怀护理,通过实施护理干预后,能够使患者的情绪逐渐平稳,同时可保证患者血压稳定,减少患者在治疗期间不良事件发生率,使患者能够尽快康复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care in nursing patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:22 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 11 cases.The patients in the control group were given conventional basic nursing care,and the observation group was given humanistic care.The psychological state,blood pressure level and the incidence of adverse events of two groups were compared before and after the nursing care.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in terms of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)in between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care in nursing intervention of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm,nursing can stabilize their emotions,ensure a stable blood pressure,reduce the incidence of adverse events and promote their recovery.
