电子支气管镜气道内吸引联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入、高频胸壁振荡治疗坠积性肺炎的疗效观察

摘要 目的:分析电子支气管镜气道内吸引联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入、高频胸壁振荡治疗坠积性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年12月台山华济医院收治的坠积性肺炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合高频胸壁振荡治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合电子支气管镜气道内吸引治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、生活质量、炎性指标、住院时间、临床体征情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,炎性指标水平、住院时间低于对照组,临床体征改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电子支气管镜气道内吸引联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入及高频胸壁振荡治疗坠积性肺炎,效果明显,值得应用并予以推广。 Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of electronic bronchoscopic endobronchial suction combined with acetylcysteine nebulized inhalation and high-frequency chest wall oscillation in the treatment of hypostatic pneumonia.Methods:80 cases of patients with hypostatic pneumonia admitted to Taishan Huaji Hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with acetylcysteine nebulized inhalation combined with high-frequency chest wall oscillation,and the treatment group was combined with electronic bronchoscopic endobronchial suction treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,inflammatory indexes,hospitalization length,clinical signs and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group after treatment was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the level of inflammatory indexes and hospitalization time were lower than that of the control group,and the alleviation of clinical signs was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups did not show a significant difference statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electronic bronchoscopic endobronchial suction combined with acetylcysteine nebulized inhalation and high-frequency chest wall oscillation for the treatment of hypostatic pneumonia has obvious effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
