乙酰半胱氨酸联合低分子肝素钙治疗间质性肺炎的临床疗效及对肺功能影响

Therapeutic Effect of Acetylcysteine combined with Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium on Interstitial Pneumonia and its Lung Function

目的:分析间质性肺炎患者采用乙酰半胱氨酸联合低分子肝素钙治疗的临床疗效和对肺功能的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月河北工程大学附属医院接受治疗的间质性肺炎患者70例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规治疗联合强的松口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸联合低分子肝素钙治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:相较于治疗前,两组治疗后咳嗽、呼吸困难评分均下降,且观察组咳嗽、呼吸困难评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肺功能指标较治疗前均有明显改善,且观察组各指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血气分析指标较治疗前显著改善,且观察组血氧分压高于对照组,血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间质性肺炎患者在常规治疗基础上采用乙酰半胱氨酸联合低分子肝素钙治疗,对促进患者临床症状缓解、改善肺功能及血气分析指标效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and effect on lung function of interstitial pneumonia patients treated with acetylcysteine combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium.Methods:70 patients with interstitial pneumonia who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected for the study and divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases each,by random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment combined with oral prednisone,and the observation group was given acetylcysteine combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The cough and dyspnea scores of both groups decreased after treatment,and the cough and dyspnea scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the levels of the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood gas analysis indexes of both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,and the blood oxygen partial pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of interstitial pneumonia patients with acetylcysteine combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on the basis of conventional treatment is effective to alleviate of clinical symptoms and improve lung function and blood gas analysis indexes.
