倍他乐克联合氢氯噻嗪对高血压患者血压控制及肝肾功能的影响

Effect of Betaloc Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide on Blood Pressure Control and Liver and Kidney Function in Patients with Hypertension

目的:观察倍他乐克联合氢氯噻嗪对高血压患者血压控制及肝肾功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年5月松原市中西医结合医院收治的高血压患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予倍他乐克治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。观察两组血压[24 h平均收缩压(24 hSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24 hDBP)、24 h平均收缩压变异性(24 hSBPV)、24 h平均舒张压变异性(24 hDBPV)],肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)],肾功能[血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(Alb)]改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后24 hSBP、24 hDBP、24 hSBPV、24 hDBPV、Cr、BUN、Alb、ALT、AST水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组各指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:倍他乐克联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的疗效显著,可有效控制血压,改善肾功能,同时对肝功能无严重损害,安全性较好,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of betaloc combined with hydrochlorothiazide on blood pressure control and liver and kidney function in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty-four hypertensive patients admitted to Songyuan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty-two patients in each group.The control group was treated with betaloc,and the observation group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the control group.The improvement of blood pressure[24 h mean systolic blood pressure(24 hSBP),24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(24 hDBP),24 h mean systolic blood pressure variability(24 hSBPV),24 h mean diastolic blood pressure variability(24 hDBPV)],liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],kidney function[serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(Alb)]in the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the levels of 24 hSBP,24 hDBP,24 hSBPV,24 hDBPV,Cr,BUN,Alb,ALT and AST in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of all indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Betaloc combined with hydrochlorothiazide has significant efficacy in the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively control blood pressure and improve renal function without serious damage to liver function.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
