西药联合妇炎消胶囊治疗盆腔炎效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Western medicine Drug Combined with Fuyanxiao Capsule in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨盆腔炎患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、替硝唑氯化钠注射液联合妇炎消胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年3月贵阳市白云区沙文镇中心卫生院收治的40例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,各20例。对照组应用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合替硝唑氯化钠注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用妇炎消胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床指标、疼痛评分、白细胞计数、不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后盆腔积液深度低于对照组,包块直径小于对照组,临床症状(白带异常、盆腔肿块、发热、小腹坠痛)消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后疼痛评分、白细胞计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盆腔炎患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、替硝唑氯化钠注射液联合妇炎消胶囊治疗,能够减轻盆腔积液深度以及包块直径,加快临床症状消失时间,缓解疼痛,降低白细胞计数,治疗效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of pelvic inflammatory disease patients treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and tinidazole sodium chloride injection combined with Fuyanxiao capsule.Methods:40 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease patients admitted to Shawen Town Central Health Hospital,Baiyun District,Guiyang City,from June 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 20 cases each by lot-drawing method.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection combined with tinidazole sodium chloride injection intravenously,and the observation group was treated with Fuyanxiao capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy,clinical symptom,pain scores,white blood cell count,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The depth of pelvic fluid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the diameter of the mass was smaller than that in the control group,and the alleviating time of clinical symptoms(leucorrhea abnormality,pelvic mass,fever,and abdominal cramps)was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pain score and white blood cell count of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups did not show a significant difference statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and tinidazole sodium chloride injection combined with Fuyanxiao capsule can reduce the depth of pelvic fluid as well as the diameter of the mass,accelerate the alleviation time of the clinical symptoms,alleviate the pain,and reduce the leukocyte counts.
