参苓白术散加减防治结肠息肉术后再发的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Recurrence of Colon Polyps

目的:探讨运用参苓白术散加减治疗结肠息肉术后再发的临床疗效。方法:选取南京市浦口区中医院2022年9月—2023年3月内镜下行结肠息肉手术治疗的患者共40例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组运用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组运用参苓白术散加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,血清炎性因子水平,免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)),复发情况。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,观察组血清炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠息肉术后患者运用参苓白术散加减治疗,可提高临床疗效,降低机体炎性反应程度,增强免疫功能,且可预防复发,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shenlingbaizhu powder on postoperative recurrence of colon polyp.Methods:A total of forty patients treated for endoscopic endoscopic colon polyp surgery from September 2022 to March 2023 in Nanjing Pukou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups with twenty patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule,and the observation group was treated with Shenlingbaizhu powder.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))and recurrence were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After colon polyp operation,Shenlingbaizhu powder can improve clinical efficacy,reduce inflammatory response,enhance immune function,and prevent recurrence,so it is worth popularizing.
