摘要
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C用于临床诊断高血压患者早期肾功能损害的价值。方法:选择2022年1—12月江苏省人民医院溧阳分院收治的高血压早期肾功能损害患者50例作为观察组,同期选取健康体检者50例作为对照组。两组均进行血清胱抑素C及肌酐、尿素检测,对比组间结果差异。根据观察组患者不同肾功能损害程度,探讨血清胱抑素C的变化趋势。结果:观察组血清胱抑素C及尿素、肌酐水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肾功能损害3级患者血清胱抑素C水平明显高于2级及1级患者,肾功能损害2级患者血清胱抑素C水平明显高于1级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床可通过检测血清胱抑素C水平作为早期诊断高血压肾功能损害程度的依据,随着肾功能损害程度的加剧,血清胱抑素C水平越高。
Objective:To investigate the value of serum cystatin C in diagnosis of early renal function impairment in patients with hypertension.Methods:Fifty patients with early renal function impairment of hypertension admitted to Liyang Branch,Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and fifty healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.Serum cystatin C,creatinine and urea were detected in both groups,and the differences in results between groups were compared.The change trend of cystatin C in serum was investigated according to different degree of renal function impairment in observation group.Results:The levels of cystatin C,urea and creatinine in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The serum cystatin C level in grade 3 patients with renal impairment was significantly higher than that in grade 2 and grade 1 patients,and the serum cystatin C level in grade 2 patients with renal impairment was significantly higher than that in grade 1 patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum cystatin C level can be used as the basis for early diagnosis of hypertensive renal function impairment.The serum cystatin C level increased with the severity of renal function impairment.
