康复医院员工对患者安全文化认知现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Cognition of Patient Safety Culture among Staff in Rehabilitation Hospital

目的:了解康复医院员工对患者安全文化的认知现状,为促进康复医院改进患者安全服务质量提供参考依据。方法:以一般资料调查表、医院患者安全文化调查问卷对北京和睦家康复医院2021年1—12月的134名在职工作人员进行调查,分析康复医院员工对患者安全文化的认知及不同因素对患者安全文化整体认知的影响。结果:康复医院员工对患者安全化认知总均分为(3.968±0.281)分,积极反馈率为76.187%。针对不同影响因素对患者安全文化认知研究发现,工作岗位对患者安全文化认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复医院工作人员有着相对积极和较高的患者安全文化认知及实践能力,但部分领域可进一步完善。建议医院优化人员配置,加强岗位培训以及优化对错误响应的机制,提升患者安全服务水平。

Objective:To understand the current situation of the staff's cognition of patient safety culture in rehabilitation hospitals,and to provide reference for promoting the improvement of patient safety service quality in rehabilitation hospitals.Methods:A total of one hundred and thirty-four in-service staff of Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were investigated by general data questionnaire and hospital patient safety culture questionnaire.The cognition of patients'safety culture and the influence of different factors on the cognition of patients'safety culture were analyzed.Results:The cognition of patient safety was(3.968±0.281),and the positive feedback rate was 76.187%;According to the study of different influencing factors on patients'safety culture cognition,the difference of work position on patients'safety culture cognition was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The staff of rehabilitation hospital have relatively positive and high cognition and practical ability of patient safety culture,but some areas can be further improved.It is suggested that hospitals optimize personnel allocation,strengthen on-the-job training and optimize the mechanism of response to errors to improve the level of patient safety services.
