PDCA管理模式应用于医院环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测质量管理中的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of PDCA Management Model Applied to Environmental Hygiene and Quality Management of Disinfection and Sterilization Effect Monitoring

目的:探讨PDCA管理模式应用于医院环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测质量管理中的价值。方法:抽取2021年3月—2023年4月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)的消毒灭菌数据,其中2021年3月—2022年3月院内尚未开展PDCA管理模式(管理前),2022年4月—2023年4月院内开展PDCA管理模式(管理后)。比较实施PDCA管理前后院内环境卫生(物体表面、室内空气),医护人员手卫生及器械消毒、灭菌合格率。结果:实施PDCA管理后物体表面、室内空气、医护人员手卫生检测合格率均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后器械消毒以及灭菌合格率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在医院内开展PDCA管理模式,能明显提升环境卫生以及医疗器械监察力度,有效降低院内感染率,最大程度提高医护人员手卫生、环境卫生以及医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率。

Objective:To explore the value of PDCA management model applied to environmental hygiene and quality management of disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring in hospitals.Methods:The disinfection and sterilization data of Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(Longgang)from March 2021 to April 2023 were extracted.The PDCA management mode had not been implemented in the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022(before management),and the PDCA management mode had been implemented in the hospital from April 2022 to April 2023(after management).The qualified rates of hospital environmental hygiene(object surface,indoor air),medical staff hand hygiene and instrument disinfection and sterilization were compared before and after PDCA management.Results:After the implementation of PDCA management,the pass rate of object surface,indoor air and medical staff hand hygiene detection was higher than that before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The qualified rates of disinfection and sterilization after management were higher than those of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out PDCA management mode in the hospital can significantly improve the environmental hygiene and medical device supervision,effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate,and maximize the pass rate of medical staff's hand hygiene,environmental hygiene and medical device disinfection and sterilization.
