普瑞巴林胶囊及骶管麻醉在直肠前切除综合征中的临床应用研究

Clinical Study of Pregabalin capsule and Sacral anesthesia in Treating Anterior Resection Syndrome

目的:研究普瑞巴林胶囊及骶管麻醉在直肠前切除综合征中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月四川卫生康复职业学院附属自贡市第一人民医院收治的直肠前切除综合征患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为普瑞巴林组(单一采用普瑞巴林治疗)、骶管麻醉组(采用骶管麻醉)、联合组(采用普瑞巴林联合骶管麻醉治疗),各40例。对比三组临床疗效、负性情绪、自身肛门及坠胀疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组临床疗效总有效率高于普瑞巴林组、骶管麻醉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,三组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,联合组低于普瑞巴林组、骶管麻醉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1d、3d、1周及2周后,三组视觉模拟评分法评分均降低,联合组低于普瑞巴林组、骶管麻醉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用普瑞巴林胶囊联合骶管麻醉治疗直肠前切除综合征治疗效果好,能有效减轻患者的疼痛,缓解其负性情绪,且不良反应轻微,安全性较高。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of pregabalin capsule and sacral anesthesia in treating anterior resection syn⁃drome of rectum.Methods:120 patients with anterior resection syndrome admitted to Zigong First People's Hospital affiliated to Sichuan Health Rehabilitation Vocational College from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the pregabalin group(single treatment with pregabalin),the sacral anesthesia group(sacral anesthesia was used),and the combined group(pregabalin combined with sacral anesthesia was used for the treatment),with 40 cases each.The therapeutic efficacy,negative emotion,pain and distension in anus,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the combined group was higher than that of the pregabalin group and the sacral anesthesia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two weeks after treatment,the scores of the anxiety self-assessment scale and the scores of depression self-assessment scale of the three groups were reduced,and the com⁃bined group was lower than those of the pregabalin group and the sacral anesthesia group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05);1 day,3 days,1 week,and 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of the visual analogue scale in three groups were reduced,and the combined group was lower than those of the pregabalin group and the sacral anesthesia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups of patients did not show a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of pregabalin capsule combined with sacral anesthesia in the treatment of anterior resection syndrome is good,which can effectively reduce the pain of the patients and allevi⁃ate their negative emotions.Furthermore,it has few adverse reactions and is relatively safe.
