急诊中西医结合治疗高血压眩晕的临床效果研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Integrating Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Hypertensive Vertigo in Emergency Department

目的:研究急诊中西医结合治疗高血压眩晕的临床效果。方法:选择2022年2月—2023年1月东莞市石碣医院急诊科收治的高血压眩晕患者88例为研究对象,经随机数字分类法分为结合治疗组与单一治疗组,各44例。单一治疗组实行急诊西医治疗,结合治疗组实行急诊中西医结合治疗。比较两组血压、心率水平,治疗效果,生存质量及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者血压、心率水平均降低,结合治疗组患者血压、心率水平低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合治疗组患者治疗总有效率高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);治疗后,两组患者社会功能、生理功能、情感职能、精神健康、心理功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、总体健康评分均升高,结合治疗组高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合治疗组患者不良反应发生率低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:急诊中西医结合治疗对高血压眩晕患者临床效果突出,可降低患者血压及心率,改善患者生活质量,减少不良反应,值得临床广泛运用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hy⁃pertensive vertigo in emergency medicine.Methods:88 patients with hypertensive vertigo admitted to the emergency department of Dongguan Shijie Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a integration group and a single therapy group,each with 44 cases,by the random number classification method.The single therapy group prac⁃ticed emergency western medicine treatment,and the integration group practiced both traditional Chinese and western medicine therapies.The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure and heart rate,therapeutic effects,survival quality and inci⁃dence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate levels of patients in both groups were re⁃duced,and the blood pressure and heart rate levels of patients in the integration group were lower than those in the single therapy group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of patients in the integration group was higher than that of the single therapy group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.013);after treatment,social function,So⁃matic pain,physiological function,and overall health scores of both groups were elevated,and the integration group was higher than the single therapy group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the inte⁃gration group was lower than that of the single therapy group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.015).Conclusion:Inte⁃grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has outstanding clinical effects on hypertensive vertigo patients in emergencies,which can reduce their blood pressure and heart rate,improve their quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions,and deserves to be widely used in clinical practice.
