以循证为基础的“一病一品”干预在宫颈癌患者护理中的应用价值

Value of Evidence-based"One Disease,One Care Plan"Nursing Intervention in Cervical Cancer Patients

目的:探究以循证为基础的“一病一品”干预在宫颈癌患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月于贵州医科大学附属医院确诊并接受治疗的宫颈癌患者82例为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规宫颈癌护理,观察组以循证为基础实行“一病一品”护理。比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组整体生活质量、身体机能、认知功能、情感功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:以循证为基础的“一病一品”干预可以明显改善宫颈癌患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,促进患者的生活质量提高,减少化疗相关不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the value of evidence-based"one disease,one care plan"intervention in the care of cervical cancer patients.Methods:82 cervical cancer patients diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical Univer⁃sity from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected for the study,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,41 cases each.The control group was given conventional cervical cancer nursing care,while the obser⁃vation group practiced"one disease,one care plan"nursing intervention based on evidence medicine.The two groups were com⁃pared in terms of psychological status,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:After the intervention,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after the intervention,the scores of the overall quality of life,physical functioning,cognitive functioning,affective functioning,role functioning,and social functioning of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group.The total inci⁃dence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Con⁃clusion:Evidence-based"one disease,one care plan"Nursing intervention can significantly improve the depression and anxiety of cervical cancer patients,promote the quality of life of patients,and reduce chemotherapy-related adverse reactions.
