积极心理学护理结合作业疗法治疗女性精神障碍患者的康复效果研究

Rehabilitation Effect of Positive Psychology Nursing Care Combined with Occupational Therapy in Treating Female Patients with Mental Disorders

目的:分析在女性精神障碍患者的治疗中采取积极心理学护理结合作业疗法对其预后的影响。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年2月收治的江门市第三人民医院精神科精神障碍患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用积极心理学护理结合作业疗法。对比两组阳性和阴性症状、心理状况、精神状况及生活质量。结果:治疗后4、8周,两组阳性和阴性症状量表评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组自我效能感量表评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组精神护理观察量表评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组生活质量简表评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理学护理结合作业疗法在女性精神障碍患者的临床护理工作中发挥了重要的应用价值,有助于改善患者的阳性和阴性症状、心理状态、精神状况,也有助于促进其生活质量的提升。

Objective:To analyze the effect of positive psychology nursing care combined with occupational therapy on the progno⁃sis of female patients with mental disorders.Methods:Eighty patients with psychiatric disorders in the Department of Psychiatry of Jiangmen Third People's Hospital admitted from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were ran⁃domly divided into the control group and the study group,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group was given con⁃ventional nursing interventions,and the study group used positive psychology nursing combined with occupational therapy on the basis of the control group.Positive and negative symptoms,psychological condition,mental condition and quality of life were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results:4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores of positive and negative symptom scales were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05);At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,self-efficacy scale scores increased in both groups,and the study group was high⁃er than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores of spiritual care observation scale were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of quality of life short form of both groups were elevated,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive psychology nursing combined with occupational therapy plays an important application value in the clinical care of female patients with mental disorders,which helps to improve the patients'positive and negative symptoms,psychological state,and mental condition,and also helps to promote the improvement of their quality of life.
