基于马斯洛需要层次理论的手术室护理对患者心理状态及手术配合的影响

Effects of Operating Room Nursing on Patients'Psychological State and Surgical Cooperation Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory

目的:分析基于马斯洛需要层次理论的手术室护理对患者心理状态及手术配合的影响。方法:选取2023年1—10月清华大学玉泉医院接受手术治疗的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与参照组,各30例。参照组行常规护理,观察组行马斯洛需要层次理论的手术室护理模式,比较两组心理状态、手术配合对。结果:护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS、HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术配合度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:手术患者护理中,应用马斯洛需要层次理论的手术室护理模式,可以调整患者心态,提高其依从性。

Objective:To analyze the effects of operating room nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory on patients'psychological state and surgical cooperation.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing surgical treatment in Tsinghua University Yuquan Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and reference group,thirty cases each.The reference group carried out routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out the operating room nursing model of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,comparing the two groups'psychological state and surgi⁃cal cooperation on.Results:Before nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups,and the differ⁃ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After care,SDS,SAS,HAMA and HAMD scores were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The degree of surgical cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically signif⁃icant(P=0.006).Conclusion:In the care of surgical patients,the application of the operating room nursing model of Maslow's hier⁃archy of needs theory can adjust the patients'mentality and improve their compliance.
