肝功能生化检验用于肝炎肝硬化患者中的应用效果

The Effectiveness of Liver Function Biochemical Tests for Application in Patients with Hepatitis Cirrhosis

目的:探究肝功能生化检验用于肝炎肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—9月六盘水市钟山区人民医院收治的肝炎肝硬化患者36例(观察组)及同期慢性肝炎患者36例(对照组)进行研究,所有试验人员均进行肝功能生化检验,比较两组生化指标水平、不同等级肝功能患者的生化指标水平、生化指标检测诊断效能。结果:观察组白蛋白、总胆固醇、血清胆碱酯酶活性水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);C级患者白蛋白、总胆固醇及血清胆碱酯酶活性水平低于B级、A级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测诊断效能高于单一指标检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白蛋白、总胆固醇、血清胆碱酯酶活性水联合检测能够提高肝炎肝硬化患者的诊断准确性,有利于指导临床治疗和预后评估。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of liver function biochemical test for hepatitis cirrhosis patients.Meth⁃ods:Thirty-six cases of patients with hepatitis cirrhosis admitted to Liupanshui Zhongshan District People's Hospital(observation group)and thirty-six cases of patients with chronic hepatitis in the same period(control group)were selected for the study from January to September 2023,and liver function biochemical tests were carried out in all the test subjects.Comparison of biochemi⁃cal index levels of the two groups,biochemical index levels of patients with different grades of liver function,and diagnostic effica⁃cy of biochemical index tests.Results:The levels of albumin,total cholesterol and serum cholinesterase activity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The levels of albumin,total cholesterol and serum cholinesterase activity in grade C patients were lower than those in grades B and A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diagnostic efficacy of the combined test was higher than that of the single index test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined test of albumin,total cholesterol and serum cholin⁃esterase activity water can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with hepatitis cirrhosis,which is helpful in guiding clinical treatment and prognosis assessment.
