How Trade Openness Impacts the Security of Chinese Important Industries

首先,本文提出了产业安全的新定义,使产业安全的定义更加准确全面,确定了需要进行产业安全研究的重要产业,并在此基础上根据产业特征分析了选择产业安全评价指标时应注意的问题,以及“矛盾”指标的选择;最后,设计了新的产业安全指数,构建了新的产业安全指标体系,缓解产业安全评价中指标权重不统一的问题。

This article puts forward a new defi nition of industrial security,which makes the defi nition of industrial security more accurate and comprehensive,and determines the important industries that need to carry out industrial security research.According to the characteristics of the industry,this article analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the selection of industrial security evaluation indicators and“contradiction”indicators.In the end,this article shows a new industrial security index and its system,constructed to alleviate the problem of inconsistent index weights in industrial security evaluation.
