江苏省助推装备制造业数字化转型路径分析与实践启示

Digital Transformation Path and Practical Enlightenment of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Jiangsu Province

制造业是立国之本、强国之基。装备制造业是工业的心脏、国民经济的生命线,是支撑国家综合国力的重要基石。江苏作为全国制造业第一大省,制造业规模约占全国八分之一。经实地走访、问卷调查、专家访谈,本文从省级层面系统总结江苏省装备制造企业“点线面群”的数字化发展生态,具体表现为:以点切入,提升重点环节数字化水平;以线相连,实现产业链上下游协同发展;点线构面,构建数字化信息共享平台;面面成群,打造数字化发展优良生态,并提出助推装备制造业数字化转型的实践启示。

A country’s very existence is rooted in the manufacturing industry.The equipment manufacturing industry is the heart of the industry,the lifeline of the national economy,and the important cornerstone of supporting China’s comprehensive national strength.As the largest manufacturing province in China,Jiangsu accounts for about one-eighth of the country’s manufacturing scale.Through fi eld visits,questionnaires and expert interviews,this article systematically summarizes the digital development ecology of“point,line and plane”of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province from the provincial level.The specifi c performance is as follows:starting from points to improve the digital level of key links;connecting lines to realize the coordinated development of the industrial chain upstream and downstream;constructing planes by points plus lines to build a digital information sharing platform;building a good ecology of digital development by planes’integration and putting forward the practical enlightenment of boosting the digital transformation of the equipment manufacturing industry.
