摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展,BIM、GIS、IOT等数字技术在我国城市片区建设中的应用不断深入,为城市片区建设和更新提供了有效的支撑,城市数据获取、管理及应用更加便捷,也使得城市数据持续涌现,数据类型更为丰富、结构多样。因此,城市数据管理创新、系统性优化数据建设、加强数据治理已成为城市片区建设与更新数字化变革的必经之路。通过分析城市数据建设要素,以数据为中心构建城市片区项目各阶段数字化应用系统,引入数据管理工具,用数据支撑分析、决策、管理,使数据在城市片区建设和更新中发挥更大价值,从而加速实现智慧城市的远大目标。
With the rapid development of information technology,the application of digital technologies such as BIM,GIS,and IOT in the construction of urban areas in China continues to deepen,providing effective support for the construction and updating of urban areas.The acquisition,management,and application of urban data are more convenient,and urban data continues to emerge,with richer data types and diverse structures.Therefore,innovation in urban data management,systematic optimization of data construction,and strengthening data governance have become the necessary paths for digital transformation in urban areas construction and updating.This article analyzed the elements of urban data construction,constructed digital application systems for various stages of urban area projects with data as the center,and introduced data management tools.Using data to support analysis,decision-making,and management,enabling data to exert greater value in the construction and updating of urban areas,thereby accelerating the realization of the ambitious goal of an intelligent city.
