摘要
随着数字化技术的快速发展,数字化设计已成为建筑行业的重要组成部分,但目前散点式应用、软件工具选择繁多、设计协同壁垒等问题的存在,阻碍了数字化成果的持续应用。因此,建立基于BIM技术的数字化设计体系是提高设计效率和设计质量的必然选择。本文以基于BIM的数字化设计体系为研究对象,探讨了数字化设计的现状和面临的挑战,提出了构建数字化设计体系的关键方法,为有效提高数字化设计的效率和质量、降低管理成本以及实现数字化设计成果的持续应用和优化提供参考。
With the rapid development of digital technology,digital design has become an integral part of the architecture industry.However,there are currently issues such as scattered applications,a plethora of software tool choices,and design collaboration barriers that hinder the sustained application of digitalization.Therefore,establishing a digital design framework based on BIM is an inevitable choice to improve design efficiency and quality.This paper took the digital design framework based on BIM as the research object,explored the current situation and challenges of digital design,and proposed key methods to construct a digital design framework,providing reference for effectively improving the efficiency and quality of digital design,reducing management costs,and achieving the continuous application and optimization of digital design achievements.
