基于多粒子群协同的环境污染传感监测点布置优化研究

摘要 当前环境污染传感监测点布置受到多个约束条件的限制,导致监测质量下降,因此研究基于多粒子群协同的环境污染传感监测点布置优化方法。首先建立模糊-物元综合评价模型,利用该模型确定区域污染物浓度。其次确定环境污染传感监测点布置优化目标函数,并设置建设成本、区域地形、人口布局和空间覆盖效率等约束条件。最后采用多粒子群协同优化算法求解目标函数,实现环境污染传感监测点的优化布置。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确地监测区域内的污染物浓度变化情况,监测点布置结果较为合理,实际应用效果好。 The current layout of environmental pollution sensing monitoring points is limited by multiple constraints,resulting in a decrease in monitoring quality.Therefore,an optimization method for the layout of environmental pollution sensing monitoring points based on multi particle swarm optimization is studied.Firstly,a fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation model is established to determine the concentration of regional pollutants.Secondly,the study determined the objective function for optimizing the layout of environmental pollution sensing monitoring points,and set constraints such as construction cost,regional terrain,population layout,and spatial coverage efficiency.Finally,the multi particle swarm collaborative optimization algorithm is used to solve the objective function and achieve the optimal layout of environmental pollution sensing monitoring points.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately monitor the concentration changes of pollutants in the area,and the layout of monitoring points is relatively reasonable,with good practical application results.
