乡村振兴视域下农村生态环境整治路径研究

Analysis on Path of Rural Ecological Environment Improvement from Perspective of Rural Revitalization

为了在促进农村经济发展的同时保护生态环境,文章基于乡村振兴的视角,探讨了农村生态环境整治的路径和方法。分析乡村振兴战略与农村生态环境整治的联系,挖掘影响农村发展水平的主要因素,通过分析农村生态污染现状和导致生态环境污染的原因,引入多主体协同治理理论,以多主体投入与有效整治相结合、政府引领协调与群众参与相结合以及培育清洁产业与塑造乡风文明相结合三个角度构建农村生态环境整治路径,加快新农村建设步伐。提出相应的整治措施和建议,以期为推进农村生态文明建设和实现乡村振兴提供参考。

In order to promote the development of rural economy while protecting the ecological environment,this article explores the paths and methods of rural ecological environment improvement from the perspective of rural revitalization.It analyzed the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural ecological environment improvement.The main factors that affect the level of rural development are explored to analyze the current situation of rural ecological pollution and the reasons for ecological environment pollution.By introducing the theory of multi-agent collaborative governance and combine multi-agent investment with effective improvement,the study set up a path for rural ecological environment improvement from three perspectives:the combination of government leadership,coordination,and public participation,as well as the cultivation of clean industries and the shaping of rural civilization,to accelerate the pace of new rural construction.The result proposed corresponding rectification measures and suggestions to provide reference for promoting rural ecological civilization construction and achieving rural revitalization.
