共同富裕目标下乡村振兴推进策略研究

Research on Strategies for Promoting Rural Revitalization underthe Goal of Common Prosperity

党的二十大报告指出,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,实施乡村振兴战略是实现高质量发展,促进共同富裕的战略选择。本文从共同富裕与乡村振兴的关系出发点,阐述了共同富裕目标下推进乡村振兴战略遇到的经济、人才、精神建设方面的难题,并提出相应的政策策略。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the most arduous and onerous task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country is still in the countryside.Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is strategic choice for achiving high-quality development and promoting common prosperity.Based on the relationship between common prosperity and rural revitalization,this paper expounds the economic,talent and spiritual problems encountered in promoting rural revitalization strategy under the goal of common prosperity,and puts forward corresponding policies and strategies.
