农村“三变”改革的调查研究——以甘肃省会宁县河畔镇为例

Investigation and Research on Rural"Three Changes"Reform—Taking Hepan Town,Huining County,Gansu Province as an Example

本文以会宁县河畔镇农村“三变”改革为研究对象,通过梳理相关理论,从现状、主要模式、改革前后农民生活变化等方面出发,基于农民视角,分析河畔镇农村“三变”改革存在的问题,并提出相关解决对策,力求为当下正在推进的"三变"改革提供一些有益的经验借鉴与价值参考。

This paper takes the'three changes'reform in rural areas of Hepan Town,Huining County as the research object,combs and summarizes the relevant theories,and analyzes the current situation,main models,changes in farmers'living standards before and after the reform and other aspects.On this basis,study the"three changes"reform in rural areas of Riverside Town from the perspective of farmers,find out the existing problems and propose relevant solutions,and strive to provide some useful experience and value reference for the"three changes"reform being promoted in the province and even in other parts of the country.
