高速铁路连续梁拱拱肋低位拼装技术应用

摘要 以某高速铁路(90+180+90)m连续梁拱桥为工程实例,结合现场施工环境对拱肋拼装施工技术进行了分析。对竖转法、分段低位拼装整体提升和异位拼装顶推滑移法进行方案比选,确定采用分段低位拼装整体提升方法进行施工,通过对主梁混凝土在拱肋拼装阶段的受力进行检算,满足质量、安全及工期的要求,对以后同类型桥梁施工具有指导意义。 Taking a high-speed railway(90+180+90)m continuous beam arch bridge as an engineering example,this paper analyzes the construction technology of arch rib assembly in combination with the on-site construction environment.Comparison and selection of schemes for vertical rotation method,segmented low position assembly overall lifting method,and ectopic assembly top push sliding method were carried out,and the segmented low position assembly overall lifting method was determined to be used for construction.By checking the stress of the main beam concrete during the arch rib assembly stage,it meets the requirements of quality,safety,and construction period,which has guiding significance for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
