带有温度补偿的浊度变送器设计与实现

摘要 水质量与人们的生活关系最为密切,对水质量监测尤为重要。在水质监测领域,用浊度值来衡量水中悬浮物浓度。一般采用测量透射光的透射率来计算水质浊度值,该测量方法会受到水温的影响。本文设计一种带有温度补偿功能的浊度变送器,通过温度传感器监测水样的温度值,通过实测浊度传感器受温度影响特性,通过温度补偿的方法提高浊度监测精度。 Water quality is closely related to people's lives,and monitoring water quality is particularly important.In the field of water quality monitoring,turbidity values are used to measure the concentration of suspended solids in water.The turbidity value of water quality is generally calculated by measuring the transmittance of transmitted light,which is affected by water temperature.This article designs a turbidity transmitter with temperature compensation function,which monitors the temperature value of water samples through a temperature sensor.By measuring the temperature affected characteristics of the turbidity sensor,the accuracy of turbidity monitoring is improved through temperature compensation method.
