软土地区地铁车站深基坑工程施工控制技术研究

摘要 软土地区深基坑围护结构地下连续墙施工质量控制及基坑开挖过程中围护结构的变形控制一直是深基坑工程中的一个难题,由于软土地层相对于其他土层流变特性更加明显,这导致了地下连续墙施工过程中缩孔、塌孔,进而引起墙体质量缺陷,同时也加剧了基坑开挖过程中围护结构变形量,进而引起基坑安全问题。宁波地铁6号线春华路站主体基坑是一个典型的软土地区地铁车站深基坑工程,本文结合春华路站车站围护结构地下连续墙施工及基坑开挖施工,来研究了软土地区地铁深基坑工程施工控制技术。 The quality control of the construction of the underground continuous wall for the retaining structure of deep foundation pits in soft soil areas and the deformation control of the retaining structure during the excavation process have always been a difficult problem in deep foundation pit engineering.Due to the more obvious rheological characteristics of the soft soil layer compared to other soil layers,this has led to shrinkage and collapse during the construction of the underground continuous wall,resulting in wall quality defects and exacerbating the deformation of the retaining structure during the excavation process.This can lead to safety issues in the foundation pit.The main foundation pit of Chunhua Road Station on Ningbo Metro Line 6 is a typical deep foundation pit project for subway stations in soft soil areas.This article combines the construction of underground continuous walls and foundation pit excavation for the station enclosure structure of Chunhua Road Station to study the construction control technology of deep foundation pit projects in soft soil areas.
