摘要
针对软土路基在公路拓宽施工中遇到的问题,从土质分析入手,探讨了路基、路面沉降的原因和影响因素,及不同控制路基沉降技术手段的优缺点。通过实验研究,提出利用水泥搅拌桩加固方式实现对路基沉降的控制,通过有限元法分析不同搅拌桩参数对于沉降效果的影响,仿真结果证明,搅拌桩的长度、间距、模量以及路堤的填土速率等,均会对路基的沉降产生影响,需要在实际的施工工艺中,对参数和工期、成本等加以权衡,以保证获得最好的路基沉降控制水平。
In view of the problems encountered in highway widening construction of soft soil subgrade,starting with soil analysis,this paper discusses the causes and influencing factors of subgrade and pavement settlement,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different technical means to control subgrade settlement.Through the experimental research,it is proposed to use the cement mixing pile reinforcement method to control the subgrade settlement.Through the finite element method,the influence of different mixing pile parameters on the settlement effect is analyzed.The simulation results show that the length,spacing,modulus of mixing pile and the filling rate of embankment will have an impact on the subgrade settlement.It is necessary to weigh the parameters,construction period and cost in the actual construction process,To ensure the best subgrade settlement control level.
