摘要
为了预防因船撞事故对已建成桥梁造成损伤,以大石大桥为背景,对该桥进行了钢管桩独立防撞墩的设计并采用midas Civil有限元软件对其承载力进行验证分析。在此基础上,研究了桩间距、钢管壁厚、系梁尺寸以及系梁数量等参数对防撞墩的抗撞性能影响。结果表明:所设计的独立防撞墩满足防撞能力要求;桩间距的提升可以提高结构的弯曲变形性能;结构的受力性能受钢管壁厚影响明显,随着壁厚的增大,结构的能需比能提高34%;系梁的尺寸以及数量的增加能改善结构的整体受力,系梁的应力随着尺寸增大及数量增加而大幅度减小,其中系梁的尺寸影响更大。
In order to prevent damage to constructed bridges due to ship strikes,a independent steel pipe pile anti-collision pier was designed and its load bearing capacity was verified using midas Civil finite element software,using the Dashi Bridge as a background.On this basis,the effect of pile spacing,steel pipe wall thickness,tie beam size and number of tie beams on the crash-worthiness of the anti-collision pier is investigated.The results show that:the independent anti-collision pier designed meets the requirements of collision prevention capacity;the pile spacing can improve the bending deformation performance of the structure;the force performance of the structure is significantly affected by the wall thickness of the steel pipe,with the increase of the wall thickness,the energy-demand ratio of the structure can be increased by 34%;the increase of the size and quantity of the tied beam can improve the overall force of the structure,the stress of the tied beam decreases significantly with the increase of the size and quantity,of which the size of the tie beam has a greater effect.
