轨道交通换乘停车场运营效果评价方法及其应用

Operation Effect Evaluation Method and Its Application of Rail Transit Transfer Parking Lot

换乘停车场作为城市交通体系中的重要节点,其运营效果影响城市交通环境,但目前对其评价研究较少。在对比换乘停车场与一般停车场的共性和特性,并分析换乘停车场运营效果影响因素的基础上,从停车效果、换乘效果和社会效果角度建立换乘停车场运营效果评价指标体系;依据《城市道路交通管理评价指标体系》及问卷调查结果,制定换乘停车场运营效果分级标准;并运用层次分析法建立换乘停车场运营效果评价模型,对苏州轨道交通龙道浜站换乘停车场进行评价,得出评价等级为C级,并提出运营管理建议。

As an important node in the urban traffic system,the operation effect of transfer parking lot affects the urban traffic environment,but there are few studies on its evaluation.On the basis of comparing the commonness and characteristics between transfer parking lot and general parking lot,and analyzing the influencing factors of operation effect of transfer parking lot,the evaluation index system of operation effect of transfer parking lot was established from the perspective of parking effect,transfer effect and social effect.According to Urban Road Traffic Management Evaluation Index System and questionnaire survey results,the transfer parking lot operation effect classification standards were established.The evaluation model of the operation effect of the transfer parking lot was established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The evaluation grade of the transfer parking lot of Suzhou rail transit Longdaobang Station was C,and the operation management suggestions were put forward.
