总体国家安全观是在中国特色社会主义发展新时期提出来的一个科学、先进的思想体系,其以包容开放的态度不断发展,具有极为丰富的内涵,对我国新时代转型发展尤为重要。在总体国家安全观视域下,高校应提高大学生对总体国家安全观的认识水平,充实并优化国家安全教育内容,建立健全国家安全教育考评机制,丰富高校国家安全教育途径,创新宣传形式,以培养合格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。

The overall national security concept is a scientific and advanced ideological system proposed in the new era of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.It continuously develops with an inclusive and open attitude and has extremely rich connotations,which is particularly important for China's transformation and development in the new era.From the perspective of the overall national security concept,universities should enhance the understanding level of college students towards the overall national security concept,enrich and optimize the content of national security education,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of national security education,enrich the channels of national security education in universities,innovate propaganda forms,and cultivate qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.
