教育学硕士研究生学习压力对学习倦怠的影响研究——社会支持的中介效应

摘要 学习压力和学习倦怠的维度呈显著正相关,学习压力不但可以直接影响学习倦怠,还可以通过中介变量来影响学习倦怠。研究将来自三所不同层次的师范大学共计276名教育学硕士研究生作为研究对象,调查和分析教育学硕士研究生学习压力对学习倦怠的影响以及社会支持在其中的中介效应。研究发现,教育学硕士研究生的学习压力和倦怠情况不容乐观,但来自外部的社会支持水平较好。在部分学习压力维度对部分学习倦怠维度的影响过程中,社会支持发挥了一定的中介作用。 There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of learning pressure and learning fatigue.Learning pressure can not only directly affect learning fatigue,but can also affect learning fatigue through mediating variables.This study takes a total of 276 master's degree students in education from three different levels of normal universities as research subjects,investigates and analyzes the impact of learning pressure on learning fatigue among master's degree students in education,as well as the mediating effect of social support.Research has found that the learning pressure and fatigue of master's students in education are not optimistic,but the level of external social support is relatively good.In the process of the influence of some dimensions of learning pressure on some dimensions of learning burnout,social support plays a certain mediating role.
