摘要
智能制造时代对高职教育中的可编程控制器课程提出新要求,高职院校要积极进行改革创新,以适应产业变革和人才培养的新需求。智能制造背景下,可编程控制器与数据处理、机器人控制、智能化产线、互联网等领域密切相关,但高职可编程控制器课程存在理论与实践脱节、实验设备过时、师资不足、缺乏学科融合、不注重培养学生核心能力等问题。在具体实践中,要增加典型项目案例、构建虚拟实验平台、强化师资培训、整合跨学科课程、优化培养模式,进一步提高课程教学效果。
In the era of intelligent manufacturing,there are new requirements for the programmable controller course in vocational education.Higher vocational colleges should actively carry out reform and innovation to adapt to the new needs of industrial transformation and talent cultivation.In the context of intelligent manufacturing,programmable controllers are closely related to fields such as data processing,robot control,intelligent production lines,and the Internet.However,there are problems with the disconnection between theory and practice,outdated experimental equipment,insufficient teaching staff,lack of subject integration,and a lack of emphasis on cultivating students'core abilities in vocational programmable controller courses.In specific practice,it is necessary to increase typical project cases,build virtual experimental platforms,strengthen teacher training,integrate interdisciplinary courses,optimize training models,and further improve the effectiveness of course teaching.
