高职院校校园文化建设与德育的融合研究

Research on the Integration of Campus CultureConstruction and Moral Education inVocational Colleges

高职院校是我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,其主要目标是培养具备良好道德与职业素养的高素质人才,以促进人才的可持续发展。但目前高职院校在文化育人方面还存在一些问题,导致德育没有达到理想的效果,并且对高职教育的长远发展也有影响。基于此,文章针对高职院校校园文化建设与德育的融合进行研究分析,旨在充分发挥出两者的相互促进作用,使之更好地服务于高职院校人才培养工作。

Vocational colleges are an important component of China's higher education system,with the main goal of cultivating high-quality talents with good moral and professional qualities to promote sustainable development of talents.However,there are still some problems in cultural education in vocational colleges,which have led to the failure of moral education to achieve the desired results and have an impact on the long-term development of vocational education.Based on this,the article conducts research and analysis on the integration of campus culture construction and moral education in vocational colleges,aiming to fully leverage the mutual promotion between the two and better serve the talent cultivation work in vocational colleges.
