摘要
部分高校在早期教育专业实践教学中存在以下不足:缺少以产出为导向的总体设计,实践教学目标不清晰、教学内容滞后,实践教学项目缺乏多维性,实践教学师资力量薄弱,实践教学评价体系单一。基于OBE理念的高校早期教育专业,应构建“三横三纵”的实践教学目标,融通“岗课赛证”的实践教学内容,设置方式多元、层次清晰的实践教学项目,打造校内外“双师型”的实践师资队伍,建立多维实践教学评价体系,这对促进职前早期教育教师实践能力的提升有重要的现实意义。
Some universities have the following shortcomings in practical teaching of early education majors:lack of output oriented overall design,unclear practical teaching objectives,lagging teaching content,lack of multi-dimensional practical teaching projects,weak teaching staff,and a single evaluation system for practical teaching.Based on the OBE concept,early education majors in universities should establish"three horizontal and three vertical"practical teaching objectives,set up diverse and clear level practical teaching projects,create a"dual teacher"practical teaching team both on and off campus,and establish a comprehensive practical teaching system.This has important practical significance for promoting the improvement of practical abilities of pre service early education teachers.
