文章基于思政点、知识点、技能点“三点合一”理念,探索融合药品质量与安全专业人才培养方案改革,构建思政点、知识点、技能点高度融合的专业课程思政教学体系,按照专业基础课程为导入、专业核心课程为主体、专业选修课程为升级的路线建立基于岗位素养的课程思政教学标准,探索订单班、卓越班、学徒班等个性化培养方式,以培养一批思想政治坚定、德技并修、全面发展的具有精益求精的工匠精神,掌握药品质量与安全的专业知识和技术技能高素质技术技能人才,为专业人才培养改革提供实践经验指导。
