中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumonia with dyspneic cough in children

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年3月江苏省邳州市中医院收治的66例肺炎喘咳患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各33例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消退时间、住院时间及呼吸功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各临床症状消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及血氧分压均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果较好,可有效改善患儿的临床症状与呼吸功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumonia with dyspneic cough in children.Methods A total of 66 children with pneumonia with dyspneic cough admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,duration of clinical symptoms resolution,hospital stay and respiratory function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms resolution and hospital stay in the the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and blood partial pressure of oxygen in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumonia with dyspneic cough in children is good,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and respiratory function of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
