手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nursing coordination path in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp

目的探讨手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年6月在徐州市丰县人民医院接受宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术的90例患者的临床资料,根据护理方案的不同分为两组。对照组(45例)采用常规护理,观察组(45例)采用手术室护理配合路径,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中应用,可以缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing coordination path in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp in Feng County People’s Hospital of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received operating room nursing coordination path.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing coordination path in hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications.
