量化评估分级护理在急性上呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of quantitative evaluation and graded nursing in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨量化评估分级护理在急性上呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2020年2月至2023年1月兰陵县人民医院收治的70例急性上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取量化评估分级护理。比较两组病情情况及家属护理满意度。结果护理后,两组儿童早期预警评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理总满意率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性上呼吸道感染采取量化评估分级护理可改善患儿病情及预后,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of quantitative evaluation and graded nursing in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 70 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received quantitative evaluation and graded nursing.The pediatric early warning score(PEWS)and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of PEWS in both groups were reduced,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total family nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative evaluation and graded nursing for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection can improve the condition and prognosis of the children and the family nursing satisfaction.
