精细化护理对女性胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者术后恢复的影响

Influence of refined nursing on postoperative recovery of female patients with gallstones and cholecystitis

目的探究精细化护理对女性胆囊结石合并胆囊炎术后恢复的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月在兰陵县人民医院接受手术治疗的70例女性胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细化护理,比较两组术后恢复情况、心理状态和并发症发生情况。结果观察组下床活动、肛门排气、进食及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可促进女性胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者术后恢复,改善其心理状态,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of refined nursing on postoperative recovery of female patients with gallstones and cholecystitis.Methods A total of 70 female patients with gallstones and cholecystitis who underwent surgical treatment in Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)using the touch ball method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received refined nursing.The postoperative recovery,mental state and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust,eating and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined nursing can improve the postoperative recovery of female patients with gallstones and cholecystitis,improve the mental state of the patients and reduce the incidence rate of complications,which has significant clinical application value.
