儿科临床护士对小儿推拿培训的需求分析

Analysis of the demands of pediatric clinical nurses for pediatric massage training

目的调查广东省护士协会中医技术小儿推拿分会的护士关于小儿推拿的培训需求及提升小儿推拿培训高质量发展的方式,为制订小儿推拿培训计划及人才培养模式提供参考依据。方法于2022年8月12日至28日,通过问卷星平台,采用便利抽样法选取来自全国150个不同医院的广东省护士协会中医技术小儿推拿分会的护士进行网络问卷调查,共纳入234份调查问卷。统计儿科临床护士对小儿推拿的培训需求及提升小儿推拿培训高质量发展的方式。结果小儿推拿常用基本操作手法的培训需求占比最大,为95.3%;其次是常见疾病的防治及手法、实操训练,达94.0%。提升小儿推拿培训高质量发展的方式有培养学员中医辨证思维(96.2%)、邀请相关专家授课(87.2%)、培养学员建立循证思维(85.5%)等。结论儿科临床护士对小儿推拿培训的最大需求是常用基本操作手法,应以需求为导向,调研学员的培训需求,分析提升培训质量的方式,为后续制订详细的小儿推拿培训计划提供依据,通过规范、科学的培训,提升小儿推拿学员的专业技术水平。

Objective To investigate the training demands of the nurses from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatric Massage Branch of the Guangdong Nurses Association and the ways to improve the high-quality development of pediatric massage training,so as to provide reference basis for the development of pediatric massage training plans and talent cultivation models.Methods From August 12 to 282022,the nurses from 150 different hospitals across the country,the members of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatric Massage Branch of the Guangdong Nurses Association were selected through the Questionnaire Star platform to conduct an online questionnaire survey,and a total of 234 cases were included in the analysis.The training demands of pediatric clinical nurses and the ways to improve the high-quality development of pediatric massage training were counted.Results The training demand for commonly used basic operating techniques in pediatric massage accounted for the largest proportion,which was 95.3%.The second was the prevention and treatment of common diseases,and the practical training,accounting for 94.0%.The ways to improve the high-quality development of pediatric massage training included cultivating students’traditional Chinese medicine dialectical thinking(96.2%),inviting relevant experts to give lectures(87.2%),and cultivating students to establish evidence-based thinking(85.5%).Conclusion The greatest demand of pediatric clinical nurses for pediatric massage training is the commonly used basic operating techniques.We should be demand-oriented,investigate the training demands of students,analyze the ways to improve training quality,and provide a basis for the subsequent development of detailed pediatric massage training plans,and improve the professional and technical level of pediatric massage students through standardized and scientific training.
