胺碘酮与普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的临床效果

Therapeutic Effects of Amiodarone and Propafenone in the Treatment of Cardiac Arrhythmia

目的:探讨胺碘酮、普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的临床效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月北京市房山区第一医院心内科收治的104例心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各52例。对照组采用普罗帕酮进行治疗,试验组采用胺碘酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心率变异性指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。治疗前,两组全部窦性心搏RR间期(SDNN),相邻RR间期差值的均方根(r MSSD)以及RR间期平均值标准差(SDANN)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SDNN,r MSSD、SDANN高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮治疗心律失常患者效果优于普罗帕酮,能改善心率变异性,但两种药物安全性均较高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of amiodarone and propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:104 patients with arrhythmia admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Beijing Fangshan District First Hospital,from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 52 cases.The control group was treated with propafenone,and the test group was treated with amiodarone.The therapeutic efficacy,heart rate variability index,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Before treatment,all sinus rhythm RR intervals(SDNN),the root mean square of Successive difference between adjacent RR intervals(r MSSD)and the standard deviation of the mean of RR intervals(SDANN)of the two groups were not statistically significant in comparison(P>0.05);SDNN,r MSSD and SDANN of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups does not results into a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone is more effective than propafenone in the treatment of patients with arrhythmia and can improve heart rate variability,but both drugs have higher safety.
