持续气道正压通气联合高压氧治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果

Therapeutic Effect of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Hypoventilation syndrome

目的:探讨持续气道正压通气(CPAP)联合高压氧治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月徐州医科大学附属江阴市人民医院收治的OSAHS患者80例作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组均给予对症治疗,对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用CPAP治疗。比较两组通气指标、睡眠情况、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组最低血氧饱和度高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、低通气指数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组爱泼沃斯睡眠量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数、失眠严重程度量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:CPAP联合高压氧治疗OSAHS的效果显著,可改善患者通气指标与睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous positive airway pressure ventilation(CPAP)combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea/hypoventilation syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:80 cases of OSAHS patients admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to coin-flip method,each with 40 cases.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group was treated with CPAP on the basis of the control group.The ventilation indexes and sleep clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the minimum oxygen saturation of both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the apnea index,apnea hypoventilation index and hypoventilation index of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Epworth Sleepiness Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Index,and Insomnia Severity Scale of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:CPAP combined with hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of OSAHS and can improve the ventilation index and sleep quality of patients.
