多次根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果

Multiple Teeth Root Canal Therapy versus Single Sitting Root Canal Treatment for Endodontics

目的:探究多次根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2023年2月百色市中医医院收治的1000例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各500例。研究组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用多次根管治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组牙龈指数、牙龈出血指数、咬合力、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组牙龈指数及牙龈出血指数低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:与多次根管治疗相比,牙体牙髓病患者应用一次性根管治疗可获得更加理想的效果,能够有效减轻疼痛感,改善咀嚼功能,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of multiple root canal therapy and single sitting root canal therapy for endodontics.Methods:1000 cases of endodontic patients admitted to Baise Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 500 cases each by randomized numerical table method.The study group was treated with single sitting root canal treatment,and the control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy.The therapeutic efficacy,pain score,chewing function and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The gingival index,gingival bleeding index,biting force and chewing efficiency of the two groups before treatment were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment the gingival index and gingival bleeding index of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the biting force and chewing function of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with multiple root canal treatment,single sitting treatment for patients with endodontics can achieve more ideal results,can effectively reduce pain,improve chewing function,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
