西格列汀与维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的前瞻性对照研究

Prospective Controlled Study of Sitagliptin and Vigagliptin in Combination with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究西格列汀与维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于广州市花都区人民医院就诊的T2DM患者100例作为研究对象,采用信封法分为维格列汀组和西格列汀组,各50例。维格列汀组给予维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,西格列汀组给予西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标、炎性反应指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,维格列汀组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清活性氧类物质、肿瘤坏死因子-α、细胞间黏附分子-1水平以及不良反应总发生率低于西格列汀组,胰岛素分泌指数高于西格列汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维格列汀治疗T2DM的效果优于西格列汀,可有效改善患者糖、脂代谢水平,减少炎性反应与不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sitagliptin and vigagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of one hundred T2DM patients admitted to Guangzhou Huadu District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into vigagliptin group and sitagliptin group by envelope method,with fifty cases in each group.The vigagliptin group was treated with vigagliptin combined with metformin,and the sitagliptin group was treated with sitagliptin combined with metformin.Glucose metabolism indexes,lipid metabolism indexes,inflammatory response indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,serum reactive oxygen species,tumor necrosis fact-α,intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and the total incidence of adverse reactions in vigagliptin group were lower than those in sitagliptin group,the insulin secretion index was higher than that of sitagliptin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of vigagliptin in the treatment of T2DM is better than sitagliptin,which can effectively improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients and reduce inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions.
