阿卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果分析

Effect of Acarbose Combined with Insulin on Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨阿卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月天津市蓟州区出头岭镇中心卫生院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者158例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为联合组与单一组,各79例。单一组给予胰岛素治疗,联合组给予阿卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖指标、低血糖发生率、血糖达标时间。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组低血糖发生率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。联合组血糖达标时间短于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:阿卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果理想,有助于降低患者血糖水平,缩短血糖达标时间,减少低血糖的发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acarbose combined with insulin in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of one hundred and fifty-eight elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Tianjin Jizhou District Chutouling Town Central Health Center from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into combination group and single group by random number table method,with seventy-nine cases in each group.The single group was given insulin treatment,and the combination group was given acarbose combined with insulin treatment.Blood glucose index,incidence of hypoglycemia and time to reach blood glucose standard were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and A1c in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the single group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of hypoglycemia in combination group was lower than that in single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017);The blood glucose standard time of the combination group was shorter than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with insulin has an ideal effect in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus,which helps to reduce the blood glucose level of patients,shorten the time of blood glucose compliance,and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
